Mixed Vegetable Dijon

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and red pepper, cooking 30 seconds longer.
  3. Drain.
  4. In large nonstick skillet, cook onion in margarine until soft.
  5. Add flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk.
  7. Add remaining ingredients.
  8. Cook, whisking, 2 to 3 minutes, until sauce boils and thickens.
  9. Pour over vegetables.
