Sausage Sliders With Cran-Apple Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Chill until serving.
  2. Shape sausage into eight patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160u0b0 and juices run clear, adding cheese slices during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking time.
  3. Spread rolls with mustard; top each with a sausage patty, lettuce and 2 tablespoons coleslaw mixture. Replace roll tops.
