Lasagna
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste, small
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 pkg. deli-thin Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
- spices to taste
- Brown hamburg, onion and green pepper; drain off the grease then add pasta and 1 can of water.
- Then add spaghetti sauce (usually not a whole jar); mix well.
- (Can add 1 tablespoon of sugar.)
- Simmer on low heat.
- Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, then layer as follows:
- Sauce, noodles, cheese; do this for 3 layers using Swiss and sliced Mozzarella cheese.
- The last layer is sauce, noodles, sauce, then top off with shredded cheese.
- Cover with tinfoil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
