Broken Glass Pies
- 3 or 4 prepared graham cracker crusts
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 box D-Zerta whipped topping (2 envelopes)
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- Prepare the jello following package directions, using approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup less water per package.
- Allow to jell in 3 separate shallow dishes.
- When firmly jelled, cut into tiny (1/4-inch) squares and set aside.
- Drain crushed pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
- Prepare Dream Whip following package directions.
- Over low heat, dissolve unflavored gelatin in reserved pineapple juice.
- When completely dissolved, fold into prepared Dream Whip along with the crushed pineapple and jello squares (all 3 flavors).
- Pour into prepared graham cracker crusts and chill until firm.
