Aunt Erma'S Bundt Cake

  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon and
  2. nuts.
  3. Sprinkle half the cinnamon nut mixture into a well-greased 12 cup Bundt pan.
  4. Combine cake and pudding mixes with oil, water or juice, eggs and flavoring in mixer bowl.
  5. Beat at medium speed 8 minutes.
  6. Pour half the cake batter into Bundt pan; add remaining nut mixture, then the remaining cake batter.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Great for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert!
