Aunt Erma'S Bundt Cake
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. water, sherry or orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter flavor
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and
- nuts.
- Sprinkle half the cinnamon nut mixture into a well-greased 12 cup Bundt pan.
- Combine cake and pudding mixes with oil, water or juice, eggs and flavoring in mixer bowl.
- Beat at medium speed 8 minutes.
- Pour half the cake batter into Bundt pan; add remaining nut mixture, then the remaining cake batter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Let cool 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- Great for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert!
