Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and oil until combine. Beat in the eggs and buttermilk, Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the cereal and chocolate chips.
  2. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400u0b0 for 14-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
