Dump Cake
- 1 large can cherry pie filling
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 lb. graham crackers
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 lb. fresh coconut, shredded
- 1 large bottle maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 qt. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- Crush graham crackers; add half of Eagle Brand.
- Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler with other half of Eagle Brand.
- Add marshmallow mixture to cracker mixture.
- Add other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Press batter into 10-inch tube pan and chill thoroughly.
