Huckabee'S Hot And Happy Cajun Jambalaya
- 1 lb. smoked sausage (use link smoked sausage like Bryan, Hillshire, etc.)
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 bundle fresh green onions
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cooked black-eyed peas (optional)
- chopped parsley
- Tabasco sauce (use as desired)
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 shakes A.1. sauce
- 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- pepper to taste
- dash of red pepper
- garlic to your liking
- Use no salt.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 2 hours or 250u0b0 for 6 hours (young deer) or for 8 hours (old deer).
