Tortilla Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter large casserole dish.
  3. Brown meat and season to taste (salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin). Add cream soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes; stir well and let cook about 30 minutes.
  4. Tear each tortilla into 4 pieces; layer 1/2 the torn tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, then top with 1/2 the meat mixture and grated Velveeta cheese.
  5. Repeat the layer, topping with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
