Baked Redfish With Oysters

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Butter a baking dish.
  3. Place fillets in dish so they don't touch.
  4. Spread onion, tomatoes, garlic and herbs over fillets. Add vermouth.
  5. Add oysters and liquor.
  6. Put dish in oven 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove fish and place on platter; cover.
  8. Reduce sauce over high heat for 2 minutes. Pour sauce over fish. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
