Scandinavian Salmon Loaf
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix
- egg,
- lemon
- juice,
- 1
- tablespoon
- melted butter, mayonnaise and
- seasonings using only 1 teaspoon of dill weed. Mix with
- salmon
- and add the milk.
- Add crushed potato chips. Mold mixture
- into
- loaf.
- Place in buttered baking dish.
- Add 1/4 inch of water and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325u0b0.
