Inside Out Ravioli
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 garlic bud, minced
- 1 c. juice from spinach
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 ( 8oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach or 1 can
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 c. American cheese, cut fine
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cook hamburg, onions and garlic.
- When brown, add juice from spinach and all tomato sauces.
- Let simmer 10 minutes.
- Cook spinach as instructed on package.
- Drain and reserve juice, add water to make 1 cup to add to meat mixture.
- Mix eggs, bread crumbs, spinach and cheese.
- Then mix with macaroni and spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Spread meat mixture over macaroni.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand before serving.
