Lemon Pudding Cake

  1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and 3/4 cup water.
  2. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. While cake is baking, mix powdered sugar, orange juice, butter and 2 tablespoons water.
  6. Mix well.
  7. When cake is done, take a serving fork and poke holes all over top of cake.
  8. Pour sugar-orange juice mixture over cake before it cools.
  9. Refrigerate before serving. May be garnished with Cool Whip.
