Weight Watcher'S Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients.
  3. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add beef, 3 ounces cheese and rice; stir until cheese melts.
  5. Turn into an 8 x 8-inch pan treated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 1/2 hour.
  7. Remove from oven; allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
  8. Divide evenly.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
