Lean Pork And Rice Veggie Bake

  1. Brown meat on both sides in frying pan with Pam.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients to pan, stirring constantly for 5 minutes at simmer. Then add dry gravy mixes, water and tomato sauce.
  3. Simmer approximately 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Place 1 layer of pork steak in 9 x 13 casserole, then layer of rice and vegetables.
  5. Top layer to be steaks.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 300u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Meat will fall off bone and rice will be plump and moist.
  8. Delicious!
  9. Add applesauce and green beans and you have a great meal.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
