Meat Loaf

  1. Combine meats, 1/2 cup tomato sauce and all but Worcestershire sauce and parsley flakes.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into a loaf.
  4. Place on rack of lightly greased broiler pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Combine other 1/2 cup tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and parsley flakes.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Pour over meat loaf and bake an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Yields 6 to 8 servings.

ground veal, ground pork, ground chuck, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, fresh chopped parsley, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, worcestershire sauce
