Spinach Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 or 2 tsp. pepper
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.
- Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in soup and sour cream.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with cheese; bake at 400u0b0 until cheese is bubbling.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
- Add a salad and French bread.
- Ummm!!!
