Spinach Casserole

  1. Brown and drain ground beef.
  2. Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.
  3. Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in soup and sour cream.
  6. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with cheese; bake at 400u0b0 until cheese is bubbling.
  8. Serve over noodles or rice.
  9. Add a salad and French bread.
  10. Ummm!!!
