Macaroni And Cheese
- large box macaroni noodles
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 large block Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Cheddar cheese
- Monterey Jack/Colby
- 1/2 large block Velveeta cheese
- Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on box; rinse and drain.
- Combine milk and flour in saucepan on medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to simmer and add the butter and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese until melted.
- Simmer and stir until creamy (should not be extremely thick).
- Cube a block each of the Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack/Colby and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese. Add cubed cheese and pour cheese sauce over macaroni (if not a little soupy, you will need to add extra milk).
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on depth of pan you use.
