Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on box; rinse and drain.
  2. Combine milk and flour in saucepan on medium heat until slightly thickened.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and add the butter and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese until melted.
  4. Simmer and stir until creamy (should not be extremely thick).
  5. Cube a block each of the Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack/Colby and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese. Add cubed cheese and pour cheese sauce over macaroni (if not a little soupy, you will need to add extra milk).
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on depth of pan you use.
