  1. In the bowl of food processor, add garlic, salt, pepper, orange juice, lime juice, onion and oregano. Process until it is a smooth paste, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Through the feeder tube of the food processor, slowly add the olive oil until the mixture is fully emulsified.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready for use.
