German Chocolate Love Bites

• 1 (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 c. oil
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 1 (13 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Hugs or chocolate candy Kisses
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. flour
• 1/2 c. coconut

1. Mix dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, egg, vanilla and flour with mixer on low speed.
2. Stir in nuts and coconut.
3. Chill dough for 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
7. Do not overbake.
8. While cookies are baking, unwrap foil from candy Kisses.
9. After taking cookies from oven, let them cool on baking sheet for a minute or two.
10. Then firmly press a candy Kiss on top.
11. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheets.
12. Makes approximately 36 cookies.
