Cakespy: Velveeta Fudge Recipe

  1. Lightly grease a 9 x 9-inch square pan; set to the side.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat butter and cheese cubes together, stirring frequently until smooth; remove from heat.
  3. Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well.
  4. Stir in non-fat dry milk (if you've chosen to use it), vanilla and nuts, mixing until well distributed. The mixture will be very stiff.
  5. Using your hands, remove candy from pan and press firmly and evenly into the pan; chill until firm and cut into squares.
