Crabmeat In A Blanket

  1. Beat cream cheese, whipping cream and garlic at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in crabmeat and next 2 ingredients.
  3. Trim crusts from bread slices.
  4. Roll each slice to 1/8-inch thickness with a rolling pin.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon crabmeat filling diagonally across each slice; fold opposite corners of bread to overlap in center.
  6. Secure with wooden picks, if necessary.
  7. Place sandwiches on ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
  11. Serve immediately.
