Squirrel Under Pressure

  1. Salt and pepper squirrels to taste and roll in flour.
  2. Brown squirrels in fat until golden brown.
  3. Remove from fat, then add all remaining ingredients, except Worcestershire, soup mix and water. Cook seasoning until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add squirrels, Worcestershire, soup mix and water to seasoning and cook in pressure cooker.
  5. After pressure cooker starts "giggling", cook for 18 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Serve over rice.
