Turkey Breast And Corn Bread Dressing
- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) turkey breast
- 8 c. bread crumbs
- 2 c. corn bread crumbs
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 4 eggs
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 5 c. water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- Sprinkle salt on turkey breast.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375u0b0 for 2 hours.
- Saute celery and onions in margarine.
- Add water and bouillon cubes to celery and simmer until celery is tender.
- Combine bread crumbs, sage, oregano and thyme.
- Add celery mixture and eggs; mix well.
- Add more water, if necessary.
- Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
