Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

  1. Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add next 6 ingredients to butterscotch mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fold chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts to mixture only until combined, about 5 strokes.
  6. Spread in a greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Do not overbake.
  9. Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
  10. Recipe can be doubled, using a 9 x 13-inch pan.
