Hamburger Surprise

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
• 2 beef bouillon cubes
• 2 lb. ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 large can tomato sauce
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 4 oz. grated cheese

1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
2. Add bouillon cubes.
3. Drain and put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
4. Combine beef and onion; cook until beef is brown.
5. Add tomato sauce and water. Cook 3 minutes.
6. Add garlic salt and pepper.
7. Spoon over noodles. Blend sour cream, mushroom soup and cream cheese.
8. Pour over meat mixture and bake 15 minutes longer in 400u0b0 oven.
9. Add grated cheese and bake five minutes longer.
10. Serves a lot.
