Turkey Casserole
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk or cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- grated cheese
- bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing
- Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
- Add flour. Stir in broth; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and cream; remove from heat.
- Add turkey, mixing lightly.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions.
- Place spaghetti in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
- Pour on turkey mixture, then top with cheese and bread crumbs mixed together.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
