Mexican Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray lasagna pan.
  3. Boil chicken; remove from water and set aside to cool.
  4. In same water, cook your noodles.
  5. Leave them al dente since they will cook in the oven as well.
  6. After the chicken cools, pull apart.
  7. Mix the soup and tomatoes in a bowl.
  8. When the noodles are done and the chicken is pulled apart, layer the ingredients in pan (noodles, chicken, onion, soup/tomatoes, cheese and chips).
  9. Cook until heated through and cheese begins to brown (30 to 40 minutes).
