Chocolate Fudge Cake

  1. Melt chocolate over hot water; cool.
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
  3. Sift flour, soda and salt together.
  4. Beat butter until soft in large bowl.
  5. Add brown sugar and eggs; beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
  6. Beat in vanilla and cooled melted chocolate.
  7. Stir in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition until batter is smooth.
  8. Stir in boiling water.
  9. Pour at once into prepared pans.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
