Hot Tamales

  1. Grind all fresh seasoning.
  2. Then mix to raw ground meat with 1 can
  3. tomato sauce; add chili powder and Ro-Tel and salt to taste with 1 cup raw cornmeal.
  4. Shape about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture and
  5. rolltn raw cornmeal that is seasoned with salt and red pepper.
  6. Then
  7. roll
  8. in
  9. paper
  10. and
  11. placetn a greased high pot. As
  12. layers of hot tamales are placed in the pot, put paste
  13. on top of each layer.then this is completed, fill pot; put water as high
  14. as
  15. hot
  16. tamales.
  17. Let come to a boil and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
