Grilled Crabcakes

  1. Prepare crabcakes:
  2. Combine crab, 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and the 3 tablespoons minced parsley in a deep bowl.
  3. Form into six firm patties.
  4. Roll patties in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs.
  5. Roll in bread crumbs.
