Chocolate Chip Cookies(Instant Pudding)
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. butter or oleo, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding (Jell-O brand)
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (8 oz.)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, then sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- (Batter will be stiff.)
- Drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
