Chocolate Chip Cookies(Instant Pudding)

• 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 c. butter or oleo, softened
• 1/4 c. granulated sugar
• 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding (Jell-O brand)
• 2 eggs
• 1 pkg. chocolate chips (8 oz.)
• 1 c. chopped nuts

1. Mix flour with baking soda.
2. Combine butter, then sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Beat in eggs.
4. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
5. (Batter will be stiff.)
6. Drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
8. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
