Buffalo Chips(Chocolate Chip Cookies)
- 2 c. melted oleo
- 2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick oats
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- Blend oleo, brown sugar and white sugar together.
- Stir in eggs (be sure oleo is cooled), vanilla, oats and corn flakes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to other ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts and mix well.
- Use an ice cream scoop to put dough on a very large cookie sheet, about 6 cookies to a sheet.
- Bake at 325u0b0 on top rack.
- Makes about 36 cookies.
