Hamburger - Harvest Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Combine beef, onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  3. Pat into 1-inch layer in a 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
  4. On top, place in layers, potatoes, flour, corn, limas and then green peppers.
  5. Bake, covered, 45 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Makes 8 servings.
  7. For less, cut recipe in half.
