Lasagna

  1. Saute the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the meat and brown.
  3. Drain, then add the salt, oregano, fennel, basil, sugar, puree and paste. Simmer on low 1 hour.
  4. Beat the eggs and combine with the Ricotta cheese.
  5. Cook the lasagna noodles as directed with a little oil. Drain, wash and cool to handling.
  6. Put in layers in pan the noodles, sauce, Mozzarella, dots of Ricotta and Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool 5 minutes and cut.
