Zucchini Lasagna(Microwave)

  1. Place zucchini in 2-quart casserole.
  2. Cook, covered, on Full power for 7 to 10 minutes or until zucchini is thoroughly cooked. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  3. Drain.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place ground beef in 1-quart casserole.
  6. Cook on Full power for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  7. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  8. Drain.
  9. Add tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder to beef.
  10. Set aside.
  11. Combine cottage cheese and egg in small bowl.
