Rocky Road Cake
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. seedless raisins (optional)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 pkg. devil's food (or milk chocolate) cake mix (with pudding in mix)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. water
- Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch cake pan or 12-cup fluted cake pan.
- In small bowl mix together nuts, raisins, marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
- In large bowl mix at low speed cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water until blended.
- Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Stir in nut mixture and pour into pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes or until done (toothpick inserted into middle of cake will come out clean).
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
- Fluted pan cake should be removed and cake cooled on wire rack.
