Barbecue Sauce
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 boneless chicken breast fillets
- 1 slice boiled ham
- 2 pieces Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- pepper
- 1 pkg. chicken nuggets
- 10 new potatoes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1 large bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
- salt
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. bacon bits
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in a small mixing bowl.
- Beat until well blended.
- Coat a 22 ounce casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, covering the entire surface.
- Microwave at Medium (50%) for 10 to 12 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
