Upside-Down Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Melt
  3. butter over low heat in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking
  4. pan.
  5. Sprinkle
  6. with
  7. browntugar.trrange pineapple, cherries
  8. and
  9. nuts
  10. over
  11. sugar.
  12. Blend
  13. Bisquick, granulated sugar, egg,
  14. water,
  15. shorteningtnd vanilla on low speed 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
  16. Beat 4 minutes medium speed. Pour over fruit in pan.
  17. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out
  18. clean.
  19. Invert
  20. attnce
  21. onto
  22. serving plate. Leave pan over cake a few minutes.
