Hot Spinach Dip
- 1 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light dressing
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, well drained
- 1 c. Kraft shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- chopped tomato
- sliced green onions
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 c. finely crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (175u0b0C). In a large bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, melted butter and eggs. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until heated through and browned.
