Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar Bertolli marinara with Burgundy wine spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (this is red pepper)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
- Drain grease.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook on low (about 2 or 3 on the stove) for about 45 minutes. Make sure you stir on occasion. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
