Neighbors Coffee Cake

• 1 c. (2 sticks) plus 2 tsp. butter, softened, divided
• 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
• 3 eggs
• 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0.
2. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, cream together 1 c. butter and 1 1/2 c. sugar.tdd eggs one at a time.
4. Add 3 c. flour, baking powder and vanilla.
5. Mix well.
6. Spread half the batter in a baking dish.
7. Using a wet knife, spread the pie filling evenly over the batter.
8. Then dollop the remaining batter over the pie filling.
9. In a small bowl mix with fork the remaining, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and bake 50-60 minutes or wooden toothpick comes out clean.
10. Cool.
11. Serves 12-15.
