Turkey Lasagna Roll-Ups
- 1/2 lb. Creamette lasagna
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large tomato, cut up
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt-free herb dressing
- 15 oz. cottage cheese
- 5 oz. can condensed skim milk
- 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, cut up fine
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper herb dressing
- 10 oz. frozen asparagus
- 1/2 lb. cooked turkey breast, sliced thin
- low calorie Mozzarella cheese
- Cook lasagne and spread out side-by-side on a biscuit board. Blend next 9 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, blend cottage cheese, skim milk, mayonnaise, parsley and dressing; set aside.
