Fiesta Cheese Cake

  1. Combine chips and butter and press in bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Bake at 325u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, chilies and peppers.
  5. Pour in pan and bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool 10 minutes on rack.
  7. Spread with sour cream and chill.
  8. Arrange remaining ingredients on top and place on bed of fresh cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
