Oriental Stir-Fry

  1. In small bowl, mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, salt, red pepper and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in wok or high-sided frying pan. Briefly fry cashews; remove and add more oil if needed.
  3. Fry chicken and remove.
  4. Add remaining vegetables.
  5. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add sauce and all previously fried ingredients.
  7. Stir and fry another 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Serve with white or fried rice.
