Apple Crumb Pie

  1. Brush pie crust with egg whites.
  2. Bake at 375u0b0 for 5 minutes; set aside.
  3. Spoon pie filling into pie crust.
  4. In small bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
  6. Stir in pecans.
  7. Sprinkle over pie filling.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly on wire rack.
  10. Serve warm sprinkled with confectioners sugar as desired.
  11. Garnish with apple slices.
