Zucchini Parmesan

  1. Brown meat and sausage.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Drain well.
  3. In greased casserole dish, alternate layers, starting with meat sausage, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and cheese, ending with cheese on the final top layer.
  4. Pour tomato sauce over all, but don't use all (3/4 of a large can). Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
  5. You can also substitute summer squash or eggplant for the zucchini.

lean hamburger, zucchini, white onions, fresh mushrooms, shredded monterey jack cheese, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese
