Galloping Gourmet'S Chicken

  1. If you are watching your fat grams, microwave the pepperoni on a plate covered with several paper towels for a minute or two to remove a lot of the fat.
  2. (Check frequently so that the pepperoni doesn't burn.)
  3. Saute the chopped garlic and sliced green and red peppers.
  4. Set aside.

chickens, olive oil, salt, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni, tomatoes, black olives, light dry wine, handful chopped
