Turkey Stuffing Casserole(Microwave)

  1. In your microwave, place margarine in round 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on High (100%) until melted, 45 to 60 seconds.
  3. Add stuffing and water.
  4. Toss to coat stuffing. Remove 1 cup stuffing.
  5. Spread remaining mixture evenly in baking dish.
  6. Mix soup, peas, milk and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes.
  7. Stir. Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes longer. Stir in turkey and pimiento.
  8. Spread mixture over stuffing in baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.
  10. Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) until hot and bubbly, 7 to 9 minutes. Serve with cranberry relish and any remaining stuffing.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
