Double Chocolate Crunch Bars
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in creamed mixture.
- Spread mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies.
- Bake 3 minutes more and cool.
- Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat until chips melt.
- Stir in cereal.
- Spread on cooled bars. Cool before serving.
